Smart Capture in practice

Smart Capture lets you add a screenshot or paste a block of text to bulk add structured tasks that are also auto-tagged, straight into your Inbox. It's great if you have high volume tasks coming from diverse sources: emails, meetings, other tools etc. What would take several minutes of manual task creation takes seconds.

What personalised insights include

You receive a daily report email at a time you configure — covering flow time, session count, flow efficiency, your highlight task, workday span, lifetime flow, a timeline, and a project breakdown. Your weekly report is accessible from the Focus screen and covers flow sessions, peak day, streak, and tasks completed across the week.

How to cancel

Go to Profile and select Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Your tasks, projects, notes, and weekly report history are all preserved. You can resubscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.
