Which one to choose

Start with Essentials if you want to learn how Aftertone works before adding AI. Choose Intelligence if you deal with high volumes of tasks arriving from emails, messages, or documents and want Aftertone to handle the structuring.

Auto Task Capture in practice

This feature allows you to add a screenshot or paste a block of text to bulk add structured tasks that are also auto-tagged, straight into your Inbox. It's great if you have high volume tasks coming from diverse source: emails, meetings, other tools etc. What would take several minutes of manual task creation takes seconds.

What personalised weekly insights include

Intelligence includes everything in the daily report: tasks completed, a breakdown of hours worked, and a summary of where your time went across projects. These insights are sent by email each day and visible in the your weekly report on the Focus screen.

Switching plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Profile. Upgrading takes effect immediately — you are charged the difference for the remaining days in your billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current period and you keep Intelligence features until then. Your tasks, projects, and history carry over with no disruption.

How to cancel

Go to Profile and select Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Your tasks, projects, notes, and weekly report history are all preserved. You can resubscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.

⚠️ Note — Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. If you want your data permanently removed, email support@aftertone.io after cancelling.
