Global shortcuts (work from any screen)

  1. Option Space: Open Quick Capture from anywhere on your Mac

  2. Command K: Open command palette

  3. Tab: Switch between calendar and Focus Mode

  4. Command G: AI Extract

Focus Mode shortcuts

  1. Enter: Complete current task

  2. Command Enter: Complete task and cut to current time

  3. S: Add subtask

  4. Command A: Toggle Auto-Extend

  5. B: Take a break

  6. +: Extend task

  7. -: Shorten task

  8. A: Open actions menu

  9. E: Edit task

  10. Backspace: Delete task

Calendar and Inbox shortcuts

  1. N: New task

  2. P: Plan task โ€” opens a menu to plan for today, tomorrow, in 2 days, or a custom date

  3. Shift P: Open Planning view (organise tasks across days, projects, and tags)

  4. E: Edit selected task

  5. Backspace: Delete task

  6. Command D: Set date

  7. Command T: Set time

  8. Command M: Set duration

  9. I: Go to Inbox

  10. T: Go to Today

  11. U: Go to Upcoming

  12. C: Go to Completed

  13. Command F: Filter

  14. Command O: Projects

  15. Command L: Tags

  16. Command 1: 1-day view

  17. Command 3: 3-day view

  18. Command 7: 7-day view

  19. Command 0: Monthly view

  20. Shift P: Planning view

  21. Command C: Copy task (on calendar)

  22. Command V: Paste task to time slot (on calendar)

  23. Command +: Zoom in on calendar

  24. Command -: Zoom out on calendar
