Option Space: Open Quick Capture from anywhere on your Mac
Cmd+G: Smart Capture
Cmd+K: Open command palette
Tab: Switch between calendar and Focus Mode
N: New task
Cmd+N: Schedule task immediately
P: Plan task โ opens a menu to plan for today, tomorrow, in 2 days, or a custom date
5: Planning view (organise tasks across days, projects, and tags)
E: Edit selected task
S: Schedule task โ opens time picker to place task as a time block
/: Open contextual menu
Backspace: Delete task
Cmd+Up: Move task up in inbox
Cmd+Down: Move task down in inbox

Aftertone has contextual menus on all three main screens. Press / on any selected item or right-click anywhere to open the menu. The menu is context-aware โ it surfaces different options depending on where you are:
Inbox and sidebar โ plan, schedule, edit, assign project or tag, reorder, duplicate, and delete
Calendar โ Copy, Cut, Paste, Split, and edit block details. Split divides the task block into two separate blocks at the point you click.
Focus screen โ complete, complete now, extend, shorten, add subtask, take a break, edit, and delete
