Adding multiple Google accounts
Aftertone syncs two ways with Google Calendar: events from Google Calendar appear in your planning view, and time blocks you create in Aftertone appear in Google Calendar.
How to connect
Go to Profile โ Integrations. Click Connect next to Google Calendar. Sign in to your Google account and select Allow.
Choose which calendars to show
After connecting, select which calendars you want visible in Aftertone. Most people include their main work and personal calendars.
What syncs and what does not
Time blocks you create in Aftertone appear in Google Calendar in real time
Changes in Google Calendar sync back to Aftertone within a few seconds
Existing Google Calendar events appear in your calendar automatically
All-day events are visible in Aftertone
Meeting links (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams) include a one click join button
If the connection is not working
Go to Profile โ Integrations, disconnect Google Calendar, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect. If still not working, email support@aftertone.io.
๐ Try it now โ Open Profile โ Integrations and connect Google Calendar. Your existing events will appear immediately.
Adding multiple Google accounts
We recommend connecting all your Google accounts โ work and personal. This gives you a complete picture of your day and lets you block tasks around every existing commitment. With all accounts connected, you can also edit events and join meetings directly from within Aftertone without switching to another app. To add an additional account, go to Profile โ Integrations and click Connect next to Google Calendar again.
Which calendar Aftertone writes to
By default, Aftertone creates time blocks on the primary calendar of the first Google account you connected. To change this, go to Profile โ Integrations and update the Task Calendar setting to the calendar you prefer.
