Aftertone has two plans: Essentials ($8/month annually) and Intelligence ($16/month annually). Both include a 7-day free trial with no card required. Here is how billing works and how to manage your subscription.

Essentials vs Intelligence

Both plans include the full planning, focus, and evaluate experience. Intelligence adds Auto Task Capture, Auto Project Tagging, and AI-powered weekly insights. See Choose Your Plan for a full feature comparison.

How to upgrade or switch plans

• Open Aftertone and go to Settings.

• Select Billing.

• Choose the plan you want and follow the steps to update your subscription.

If you upgrade from Essentials to Intelligence, the change takes effect immediately. You are charged the difference for the remaining days in your current billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current period and you keep Intelligence features until then.

How to cancel

• Go to Settings.

• Select Billing.

• Click Cancel subscription.

• Confirm the cancellation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then. Your tasks, projects, notes, and weekly report history are all preserved after cancellation — you can resubscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.

⚠️ Note — Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. If you want your data permanently removed, email support@aftertone.io after cancelling.
