What We'll Cover

  • What Essentials includes

  • What Intelligence adds on top

  • How to decide which plan is right for you

  • How to switch later if you change your mind

Aftertone has two plans: Essentials and Intelligence. Both include a 7-day free trial, no card required.

Essentials

  • Daily planning view and time blocking

  • Focus Mode with real-time calendar updates

  • Kanban view

  • Task notes with markdown support

  • Google Calendar two-way sync

  • Weekly report

Intelligence

Everything in Essentials, plus:

  • Auto Task Capture โ€” paste any text and AI extracts structured tasks instantly

  • Auto Project Tagging โ€” tasks are labelled as they arrive

  • Personalised weekly insights based on your work patterns

Which one to choose

Start with Essentials if you want to learn how Aftertone works before adding AI. Choose Intelligence if you deal with high volumes of tasks arriving from emails, messages or documents and want Aftertone to handle the structuring.

Switching later

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings โ†’ Billing. Your tasks, projects, and history carry over with no disruption.
