Auto-Plan is now available

You can now use Auto-Plan to help organise your tasks into a clearer plan. It gives you a faster starting point when your inbox is full and you need Aftertone to help shape the day.

Auto-Schedule is now available

Auto-Schedule helps place tasks into your calendar more automatically, reducing the manual work of deciding when everything should happen.

Improvements

Calendar scrolling is smoother

The calendar now supports continuous scroll, making it easier to move through your schedule without breaking flow.

Events are now coloured

Events now use colour more clearly throughout the calendar, making it easier to distinguish between different types of work at a glance.

Time visibility has been improved

The calendar now includes a clearer time indicator with a faint guide line, helping you see where you are in the day more quickly.

Weekend slots are clearer

Weekend slots have been refined so the calendar feels more consistent across the full week.

Smart zoning now snaps to the current time

Smart zoning now aligns more naturally with the current time, making planning feel more immediate and context-aware.

12-hour time is now supported throughout

Time formatting has been updated so 12-hour time appears consistently across the app.

Inbox keyboard flow is smoother

When you open the inbox view, the first task is now automatically focused, so you can start moving through tasks without needing to press the down arrow first.

Auto-Plan and Auto-Schedule feedback has been improved

The app now gives clearer feedback around Auto-Plan and Auto-Schedule, so it is easier to understand what has happened after the app helps organise your tasks.

Overdue tag colours have been refined

The overdue tag now has clearer colour treatment, making overdue work easier to notice without feeling too heavy.

Trial and add-on behaviour has been updated

Free trial and add-on behaviour has been adjusted for the latest release.

Fixes

Fixed recurring unscheduled tasks not appearing due to daylight saving time

Recurring unscheduled tasks now appear correctly when daylight saving time changes affect dates.

Fixed overdue scheduled tasks being rescheduled incorrectly

Overdue scheduled tasks with planned dates are no longer incorrectly rescheduled.

Fixed an onboarding issue when adding new tasks

Adding new tasks during onboarding is now more reliable.

Fixed keyboard shortcuts randomly stopping

Keyboard shortcuts should now remain responsive during normal use.

Fixed tabs breaking after the app had been open for a long time

Tabs should now behave correctly after longer sessions.

Fixed Google Calendar stress-test issues

Several Google Calendar edge cases have been fixed to make calendar syncing more reliable.

Fixed Command+N opening the native bar at the wrong time

Command+N should no longer bring up the native task bar when an inbox task is selected.
