Check https://www.busymac.com for live status. If BusyCal is not listed as having an active incident, the issue may be on your end -- try restarting the app or checking your internet connection.
What to do right now
1. Open Google Calendar directly. Your events sync there regardless of whether BusyCal is working.
2. Write your three priorities for the day. Open Notes or grab a piece of paper. Three things that have to happen today. BusyCal going down does not change what matters.
3. Check BusyCal's status. BusyCal syncs via CalDAV and Exchange. If sync is not working, check your calendar provider's status page. The app itself typically works offline.
