Is Bear Down?

Written By The Aftertone Team

Check https://bear.app for live status. If Bear is not listed as having an active incident, the issue may be on your end -- try restarting the app or checking your internet connection.

What to do right now

1. Open Google Calendar directly. Your events sync there regardless of whether Bear is working.

2. Write your three priorities for the day. Open Notes or grab a piece of paper. Three things that have to happen today. Bear going down does not change what matters.

3. Check Bear's status. Bear syncs via iCloud. If sync is not working, check Apple's system status at apple.com/support/systemstatus. The app itself works offline.

4. Start on your first priority. The real cost of a planning tool outage is not the 20 minutes it is down -- it is the hour you lose waiting for it instead of working.

If this keeps happening

Bear handles your notes. If you want a daily planning layer alongside it -- tasks, time blocking, and weekly reports -- Smart Capture makes adding Aftertone straightforward.

Bear is a note-taking app. Aftertone is a daily planning and execution system. They solve different problems and work well alongside each other.
