How to Cancel Structured App

Written By The Aftertone Team

Why people leave Structured

Structured is a visual timeline planner popular with ADHD users. The limitation is that it's a daily visual tool -- no AI scheduling, no weekly overview, and no data on whether your days are productive over time.

Before you cancel Structured App

A few things worth checking before you close the account:

Export your tasks and data. Most Structured App data can be downloaded from Settings. Look for an Export or Backup option and save a CSV โ€” you'll want this before the account goes read-only.

Check your billing date. Cancelling stops the next charge, but you usually keep access until the current period ends. There's no need to rush the switch.

Note any integrations. If Structured App is connected to Google Calendar, Slack, or other tools, those connections will stop working after cancellation. Reconnect them in your new app once you've switched.

How to cancel Structured

Structured uses Apple's in-app purchase system. Cancel via App Store: go to your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, find Structured and cancel.

What happens after you cancel Structured App

Your Structured App account stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. You won't lose access immediately. Use that window to export your data and get set up somewhere new before the account closes.

If you're on an annual plan and cancel partway through, check Structured App's refund policy โ€” some apps will prorate the unused months, others won't.

What Aftertone does differently

Aftertone handles the full planning loop. Auto Plan schedules your week, the Focus Screen runs the session, and the weekly report shows your actual focus hours over time.

How to get your data out of Structured

Step 1. Structured is a visual day planner โ€” tasks are tied to time blocks, not a separate task database.

Step 2. Note your recurring tasks and active projects, then paste them into Aftertone's Smart Capture.

Structured doesn't integrate with external calendars by default. In Aftertone, connect your Google Calendar and Auto Plan will build your day from both tasks and existing events.

How to set up Aftertone

2. Download Aftertone. Free 14-day trial at aftertone.io/get-started. No card required.

3. Connect Google Calendar. Your existing events pull in immediately. Your calendar and tasks are now in one view.

4. Plan your first week. Use Auto Plan to schedule your tasks. The weekly report will tell you at the end of the week whether it worked.
