Seven improvements, multiple bugs fixed. You can now zone inbox tasks more quickly, right-click tasks for faster actions, plan more easily from Kanban, and move through the app with clearer shortcuts. The inbox is tidier, onboarding is more engaging, and a number of bugs have been fixed across the app.
New Features
Smart zoning
Select an inbox task and press Shift + Right Arrow to quickly zone it. A faster way to sort tasks into the right place without breaking your flow.
New right-click menus for tasks
Tasks now have new context menus when you right-click them. Common actions are easier to reach, so you can make changes faster without needing to dig around.
Tidier inbox task layout
The inbox has been cleaned up with a more structured task layout. It feels calmer, easier to scan, and better suited to quickly processing what needs your attention.
More intuitive shortcuts
A number of shortcuts for common actions have been improved. They are now easier to remember and more natural to use, helping the app feel quicker the more you rely on the keyboard.
Add task at the top of each Kanban day
Each day in Kanban now has an Add task option at the top. Makes it much easier to plan your week directly from the board and add tasks exactly where you want them.
More engaging onboarding
Onboarding has been refreshed to feel clearer, smoother, and more engaging. A better introduction to how Aftertone works from the moment you open it.
Bug Fixes
Multiple bugs fixed — thank you to everyone who reported issues and shared feedback. Every release gets tighter because of it.
